Mini Sport - Headlining Kits

Newton Commercial Headlining Kit, 1959-67
Mini saloons of this period had a two piece headlining frame with the canopy glued and stapled to them. Early cars had light grey material, but after 1962 all cars had the special Cream Crackle material.

Newton Commercial Headlining Kit, 1970-95
This is a one piece headlining canopy which is held place by six specials stays. These stays can be slipped through hoops already sewn into the canopy.This kit also includes the rear "C" post panels and a strip of material that goes under the rear window.

Newton Commercial Headlining Kit, 1996-01
Our replacement headlings are sewn to accept the original headlining stays that hold this canopy in the roof. Various colours are available as shown here together with matching sun visors and brackets.

Newton Commercial Van Headlining Kit
Mini Vans had a one piece headlining frame with the canopy glued and stapled to it. Cream Crackle was used on early models and the light grey was used during the 1970's. These frames are no longer available, so make sure you keep the safe if not in the car during restoration.

Newton Commercial Sunvisor - No Mirror, 1966-2001
This style of sunvisor was introduced in early 1966 and was used right through to the end of Mini production in 2000.
