Q. I am having problems checking out and get this error message:
A General Script Error Occurred
Error: The specified shared SSL user ID is invalid or is not registered with this provider.
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner
A. Please ensure you are using http://www.minisport.com and NOT just http://minisport.com
My mixing the URL's it confuses the shopping cart basket system as you are effectively switching between two domain names. Everything will appear ok until checkout and this error will be displayed. To rectify this, simply empty your cart, type in the name, www.minisport.com and everything should be fine from there.
