Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
If your location is within the UK or Europe* you are offered a choice of delivery methods.
PLEASE NOTE that delivery price quoted at this stage is a nominal figure which is applicable in most cases for single carton orders up to 30kg.
Due to the size and weight of some items in MiniSport.com we cannot guarantee that this will be the total shipping charge.
For orders outside the countries given in the list, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost of your order.

Heavy & Bulky Items:
Due to the bulky and heavy nature of some of the items in MiniSportShop, on some occasions, we must make alternative delivery arrangements, which may sometimes incur additional charges.
The items generally involved include: ENGINES & KITS and GEARBOXES
If your order includes any of these items, or your carriage charge will exceed that stated, we will always contact you to advise you.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, and you have been notified of the delivery cost (if this has changed.)

Posting Glass :
Although we take great care in packaging glass, we cannot offer any insurance. Therefore it is at the customers own risk that they purchase glass by mail order. Please note there will be an extra delivery charge for posting windscreens.

Due to the nature of some of our products (owing to size or weight constraints) we may, in some instances have to make additional shipping charges.

Our Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase. If you return an item in it's original and unused condition, along with the wrapping and receipt to our store within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange it or offer a full refund (please note that this does not include shipping costs.)
If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, we will offer the same refund or exchange policy as above.
If a product develops a manufacturing fault after 30 days, and within the manufacturer's guarantee period, a new product will be sent out immediately and charged for. A refund will be issued once the faulty product has been returned to ourselves and assessed. In certain circumstances the manufacturer could require to inspect the product before a refund is issued.

Returns Policy
Returns & Shortages
If parts are to be returned to us, you must first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) form our Mail Order Department.
We cannot accept any returns which are not accompanied with a Returns Authorisation Number.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged/or other discrepencies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following
conditions:
Items are returned carriage paid
Items received are in a re-saleable condition
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging when the original has been damaged or defaced.)
Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee. (This does not affect you statutory rights)
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number and reason for return. Remember, the information you provide will help us to help you.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost, please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim with our couriers.
Mini Sport Ltd are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Old units returned for a surcharge refund, must be returned within 12 months of purchase.
